Packed & ready – we’ll send your tracking info.
Out for delivery – you’ll get SMS updates, including on the morning it arrives.

Main City Centres : 3 – 5 Working Days
Outlying and Regional Areas: 5 – 7 Working days
(Weekdays only, no weekend deliveries)

Free Delivery on orders over R1000
Any large/custom orders will be calculated on a weight basis by our preferred courier services.
International Shipping
We’re growing, and while we don’t yet offer standard international delivery, we’d love to try help where we can. If you’re outside South Africa, drop us an email at info@almondearth.com, and we’ll do our best to make a plan.
Important Details
At Almond Earth, we always try our best to deliver your packages as soon as possible.
Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy & Fastway Couriers
Please ensure someone is available at your chosen address Monday–Friday, between 9am–5pm, to receive your parcel.
Once you’ve placed your order, the delivery address cannot be changed. If there’s an issue, please email us at info@almondearth.com with your order number so we can assist.
Returns & Refunds
At Almond Earth, we want you to love every order. If something isn’t right, no stress—we’ve got you.
Not happy?
Email us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@almondearth.com with your order number, a photo, and a quick note.
Bought from a retailer?
Please contact them directly.
Refunds
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
Wrong or Defective Item
Contact us within 5 days at info@almondearth.com
Small dents in aluminium lids are normal (they don’t affect quality).
If there’s a real issue, we’ll collect the product for free and either send the right one or refund/credit you within 10 working days.

Shopping with Almond Earth
You must be 18 or older to shop with us (or have a parent/guardian’s permission). By using our website, you agree to do so lawfully and responsibly, and not in a way that could harm our business, systems, or other users.
Orders & Payments
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at any time before checkout. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, the agreed price will apply.
Please ensure all your details (including delivery address and payment information) are complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary (for example, suspected resale, fraud, or system errors).
In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including:
– Natural disasters;
– Supply chain disruptions;
– Load shedding or network failures;
– Courier disruptions.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
Please inspect your order promptly and notify us of any issues within a reasonable time but no more than 5 days after receipt of your goods.
Returns & Refunds
Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) always apply.
If a product is defective, you are entitled to a return.
Products & Availability
Colours and images on the website may look slightly different in real life. We may update, improve or discontinue products from time to time without prior notice.
Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
While our products are made from carefully selected natural ingredients, we do not guarantee specific results. Every individual’s skin is unique and may respond differently.
